William IV Rosewood Vaniety Box.
A superb example of a William IV rosewood vaniety box dating back to c.1835.
The box features a fully fitted Vaniety interior with the original interior. There are three lidded sections, three vaniety tools and four cut glass lidded bottles.
The leather back to the inside lid comes down to reveal a section for stationary or love letters.
The tray comes out to reveal a section underneath.
The box has a mother of pearl top and key escutcheon complete with a temperamental working lock and key.
Superb original Vaniety box measuring 28 x 20 and stands 13cm high.
