A beautiful example of a figured Walnut Jewellery Box dating back to c.1860 . The box is boxwood inlaid with a pretty brass top and key escutcheon complete with a working lock and key.
Open the box to reveal the original red quilted silk interior to the back of the inside lid we have professionally relined the rest of the interior with a beautiful handcrafted marble paper.
A beautiful piece of figured walnut in Superb condition measuring 30 x fc23 and stands 16cm high.
