Description

A Superb collection of Seven Rosewood, Tunbridge Ware Stick-ware Inlaid Small Boxes and A Pin Cushion.

The boxes date from c.1840 to c.1850.

Three of them are pill boxes with a beautiful geometric star mosaic design  to the top of each of them.

The three smaller ones are counter boxes one of which comes with the original three counters to the inside each box has a star inlaid to the top.

The Tunbridge Ware circular pin cushion has a double tiered geometric pattern  with the original red cushion  cushion dating back to c.1890

The last item is a beautiful quality Tunbridge Ware needle case in octagonal form with screw off top and mosaic inlay.

The largest being the needle case measures 4×4 and stands 6cm high.

The smallest being a counter box measures 3×3 and stands 2cm high.
