William IV Rosewood Table Box Featuring Mother of Pearl and Pewter Inlay.
A beautiful yet classic example of a William IV table box in a wonderful piece of rosewood dating back to c.1835. The box features pewter inlaid borders surrounding a mother of pearl top and key escutcheon. The top escutcheon has an engraving that is dated 1852. The box is complete with a working lock and key. We have professionally relined the interior with handcrafted marble paper.
Superb quality and condition measuring 29 x 21 and stands 13cm high.
