Victorian Inlaid Walnut Tunbridge Ware Box.

A stunning example of a Victorian Walnut Jewellery box dating back to c.1870. The box features Tunbridge ware inlaid bands with vibrant beautiful colours within the inlay, with a hexagonal Tunbridge inlaid  top and key escutcheons, with a fully working lock and tasselled key.

We have professionally relined the interior with handcrafted marble paper.The back of the inside lid has its original red cushioned velvet back.

It measures 28x 20 and stands 15cm  high.
