19th Century French Rosewood & Fruitwood  Shaped Box.

A beautiful and elegant example of a  French rosewood and Fruitwood box dating back to c.1840. The box is beautifully shaped sitting on four wooden feet with a beautiful fruitwood decorative design to the top, complete with a working lock and key.

The box houses a mirror to the back and a antique marble papered interior.

Superb quality and condition measuring 17 x 12.5 and stands 9.5cm high.
