Large 18th century quality French boulle and ormolu mounted bracket clock by Albert Baillon Paris.
The clock features a superior ormolu cherub to the top, quality shaped boulle case with quality ornate ormolu mounts, circular ornate brass dial with slight wear with original hands and white enamel roman numerals, 8 day French movement striking on the hour and half hour on a bell. The brass plate to the inside features the makers label, it has an unusual boulle inside floor and back door decoration, it has glass viewing panels to both sides standing on brass feet.
