William IV Amboyna Burl Jewellery Box.
A superb William IV jewellery box in a wonderful piece of Amboyna burl dating back to c.1830. The box features an engraved brass plate to the top originally given as a token of respect to Revd. James. Pilley in 1813.
We have professionally relined the interior with handcrafted marble paper.
The box is complete with a working lock and tasselled key.
Superb quality and condition measuring 28 x 20 and stands 12cm high.
