Victorian Walnut Tunbridge ware Jewellery Box.
A superb example of a Victorian dome top Walnut & Tunbridge Inlaid Jewellery Box.
The box dates back to c.1880 it features stunning decorative inlaid Tunbridge ware bands running either side of the top and front of the box in beautiful colours and detail with a hexagonal mother of pearl Inlaid top and key escutcheon.
We have professionally relined the interior with a beautiful handcrafted marble paper.
The box is complete with a working lock and key.
Superb quality and condition measuring 28 x 21 and stands 14cm high
