Victorian Walnut Tunbridge Ware Jewellery Box.

A fantastic example of a Victorian Walnut Jewellery box  dating back to c.1890.

The  box features stunning tunbridge ware bands to the top and front  in  great detail. It has  a wonderful Tunbridge ware and mother of pearl top escutcheon and a mother of pearl key escutcheon complete with  a working lock and tasselled key.

Open the box to reveal the original tray.

We have relined the interior with a wonderful handcrafted marble paper.

Superb  quality and condition measuring 25 x 18 and stands 12 cm high.
