Victorian Burr Elm Glove Box With Tunbridge Ware Inlay.

A beautiful Victorian Burr Elm  glove box dating back to c.1860 with superb mosaic Tunbridge ware inlaid floral borders to the front, sides back and top of the box.

We have professionally relined the interior with handcrafted marble paper.The mosaic Tunbridge ware is contrasted well against the beautiful Burr Elm.

The glove box features a tunbridge ware escutcheon and a working lock and tasselled key with a rosewood slip to the inside.

Superb quality and condition measuring  27.5 x 10.5 and stands 7cm high.
