A superb example of a Georgian Brassbound Rosewood Jewellery box dating back to c.1820.

It has a shaped brass top escutcheon with engraved initials “FRW” and a brass key escutcheon. The box features a working lock and key.

We have relined the interior with a beautiful handcrafted marble paper.

Superb quality and condition measuring 28 x 21 and stands 12 cm high.
